1. Tickets and Bookings
1.1 Validity
Tickets purchased via WannaSport are valid only for the specific provider, activity, date, and time stated in your booking.
1.2 Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations are possible within the deadline stated for each activity.
- Cancellations must be made via the WannaSport app or website.
- Cancellations by email, chat, or phone are not accepted.
- For outdoor activities, refunds are not issued due to bad weather — including rain — unless otherwise stated. Users are encouraged to check the weather forecast and cancel in time.
1.3 Arrival and Access
- Your ticket must be presented upon arrival — either digitally or in print.
- Failure to present the ticket may result in denied access.
- Tickets are personal and may not be transferred unless explicitly stated during booking.
- Tickets are single-use only.
1.4 Local Activity Rules
When participating in an activity, you must comply with any local rules and conditions set by the provider (e.g., footwear, equipment, arrival time). These rules may appear on WannaSport or at the activity location.
1.5 Liability for Damages
Users are responsible for any damages caused to facilities, equipment, or surroundings. This includes fees for cleaning or repairs (e.g., scuff marks on floors, damaged equipment, misuse).
1.6 Cancellation by Provider or WannaSport
In rare cases, an activity may be cancelled by WannaSport or the local provider, such as if:
- The activity was mistakenly made available without proper scheduling
- Extraordinary circumstances arise (e.g., technical failures, operational disruptions, or unexpected maintenance)
If an activity is cancelled, users will be notified via email as soon as possible.
The full amount will be refunded automatically to the payment method used.
1.7 Refund Policy
If you cancel an activity within the stated cancellation deadline, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
2. Payment
2.1 Payment Terms
- All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is made at the time of booking using one of the supported payment methods.
- You choose your payment method during booking. Some features (such as auto-payment or "pay later") may require you to save your card information.

3. Right of Withdrawal
3.1 Withdrawal
Purchases of sports activities via WannaSport are not subject to a right of withdrawal, as the activities are tied to specific dates and locations.
This is in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, section 2, no. 12, which excludes the right of withdrawal for leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period — as is the case with all bookings through WannaSport.
3.2 Outdoor Activities and Weather
For outdoor activities (e.g., tennis or padel on outdoor courts), you are responsible for taking weather into account.
Refunds are not issued if an activity cannot be completed due to weather conditions — including rain, wind, snow, or similar — unless otherwise explicitly stated in the activity.
We recommend checking the weather forecast and cancelling within the cancellation deadline if necessary. Once the deadline has passed, the booking is binding regardless of weather conditions.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
WannaSport acts as an intermediary between the user and the local provider. The activity itself is carried out by the local provider. WannaSport is not responsible for any shortcomings in the execution of the activity but is happy to assist in establishing contact in case of issues.
4.1 User Responsibility
It is always the user’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen provider, activity, time, and location are correct before completing a booking. WannaSport cannot be held responsible for booking errors made by the user.
Users are also responsible for participating in activities safely and in accordance with the rules and terms set by the provider.
If a user causes damage to equipment, facilities, or staff, this is a matter between the user and the provider, and WannaSport is not a party to this relationship. Any claims for compensation are to be handled directly between the two parties.
5. User Account
- To make bookings via WannaSport, you must create a user account.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your details — including name and email address for receiving tickets and service information — are correct and up to date.
- WannaSport is not responsible for failed delivery of tickets or information due to incorrect or inactive email addresses.
- Misuse or violation of terms may result in account suspension.
6. Personal Data
We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy, which explains how we protect your data and what rights you have. You can find a link to our privacy policy at www.wannasport.com.
7. Changes
WannaSport reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with appropriate notice. The current version is always available at www.wannasport.com.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be settled by the Danish courts.
