Terms and Conditions for WannaSport

WannaSport ApS operates the WannaSport app as well as the websites wannasport.dk and wannasport.com. All payments made through these services are processed by WannaSport ApS.

1. Tickets

1.1 Validity of tickets:

  • Tickets purchased via WannaSport are valid for the specified date and time and only for the specific sports activity.

1.2 Cancellations:

  • Tickets can be cancelled within a timeframe specified for each activity.
  • Cancellations must be made via the WannaSport app or website; cancellations via email, chat, or phone are not accepted.
  • Refunds are not available due to weather conditions, including rain, so please check the forecast for outdoor activities and cancel before the deadline.

1.3 Verification:

  • The ticket must be presented upon arrival at the activity.
  • Each ticket may only be used once. Failure to present a valid ticket means no access to the activity.

1.4 Local activity terms:

  • By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with the terms set by the local provider, which may be specified at the time of purchase or at the activity location.

1.5 Liability:

  • Users are liable for any damage to the partner’s facilities. This may include cleaning or repair fees, for example due to scuff marks on floors or use of inappropriate footwear.

1.6 Payments:

  • Payments to WannaSport are made by registering a payment card.
  • WannaSport uses the payment service provider Adyen to ensure secure transactions.
